hello to all crafts lovers:

welcome to crafts fairy's world :)

first of all, i would like to apologise to all of you, coz i'm not a very tech savvy fairy, so you'll have to pardon me if you've experienced some hiccups during your tour in the crafts fairy's world :P but i promise to do my very best to make everything as smooth as possible in order for you to have the most pleasant experience browsing and selecting crafts that make you smile ;)

but before that, i would just like you to take some of your time to go through some FAQ with me:


how to order?

step 1:

• browse through all listed items. click on the image to check out the enlarged photo for details.

step 2:

• write down the item code number(s) for craft(s) that you'd like to purchase and click to open up the order form (order form still under construction, please email craftsfairy@gmail.com to order until further notice. apologies for inconvenience caused)
  

step 3:

• complete the order form and click submit.

how to fill up the order form?

• fill in your full name, mobile no., proper mailing address - this is to ensure shipment will be able to reach you.
• fill in your email address - this is for the crafts fairy to confirm your order.
• fill in the item code number(s) of the item(s) you would like to order.
• indicate your payment option - you may choose to bank in / online transfer the total payment into my bank account, if you are making local orders, otherwise you can choose to pay via Paypal should your make any international order.
  
• write down your comments / remarks / questions / requests in the message box.

after you've submitted the order form, what's next?

• you will receive a confirmation email, with details of your order, the invoice with details of total amount you'd need to pay (including shipment), my bank details and confirmation of the shipment address.
  
• once you have received the invoice, please make payment within 3 business days. if you have difficulties to meet the payment request, or the time-frame given, please kindly inform the crafts fairy.
  
• the crafts fairy will inform you should the item that you've ordered is no longer available.
• once your order has been made, the crafts fairy will RESERVE the item for you until payment is received. once payment is cleared, the item will be listed SOLD. should you fail to meet the payment request, and there was no notification from you, the crafts fairy will release the item for other crafts lovers.
  
• once you have made the order or payment, you may also leave the crafts fairy a line on the chat box at the side panel to inform the crafts fairy. e.g. order sent, pls check. or payment made, pls check. (well, crafts fairy maybe is good with her crafts, she still needs to brush up on her tech knowledge, just in case she has delayed the confirmation of your order :P)

payment options

• bank transfer / cash deposit / cheque deposit / online transfer / 3rd party transfer / 3rd party online transfer to my HSBC account - for HKG shoppers
• Paypal - for international shoppers
• COD (cash on delivery) is available for HKG shoppers with order above HKD1,000.
  
• for COD, delivery can be made within the visinity of MRT station (with exact exit information). Should shoppers request for location other than MRT stations, request can be entertained but subject to convenience of both the crafts fairy and the shoppers.

shipment information

• for local or international shipment, the crafts fairy will deliver via Hong Kong Post.
  
• Parcel rates for Hong Kong Post (local standard delivery): item under 1kg or part thereof (standard local parcel rate): HKD$30. each additional 1kg or part thereof: HKD10.
  
• courier service can be arranged on request. please note that rates may vary from the normal parcel rates offers by Hong Kong Post.
  
• for international shipment, you will be informed on total shipment rate from the confirmation email after you've submitted your order.
  
• for order with more than one item, combine shipment is recommended to save on cost.
  
• if you wish to deliver different items to different address, please fill in separate order forms for items that you wish to deliver to different addresses.
  
• for papertole items and photo albums or any items that is more bulky, the crafts fairy will inform you regarding shipment amount as each item may vary in weight.
  

availability

• all orders are on first come first served basis.
  
• all items are exclusive (one and only) unless stated in description.
  
• items which are labeled SOLD are no longer available, unless stated in description.
  
• some sold item can be re-produced, you may find the information in the description.
• items which are labeled RESERVED are still available. should the payment for the RESERVED items are not fulfilled within the given time-frame, and without any notification from the shopper, the RESERVED items will be opened for other shoppers.
• for shoppers whom still like to purchase items with the RESERVED label, you may still order it. you will be put on wait list. in the event the other shopper backs out / failed to fulfill payment request / cancel the order, and the crafts fairy will release the item to you.
• no out-paying is allowed.
  
• all orders are on first come first served basis, so meaning if you have placed in your order, you are merely RESERVING the item until you made the payment. in order to compete with time from other shoppers, the crafts fairy's advise is to make the payment immediately after you have received the confirmation and invoice from the crafts fairy.
  

reservations & cancellations

• should you face any problem to fulfill the payment request, please inform the crafts fairy immediately in order for the crafts fairy to reserve the item for you up to a week (with reasonable and acceptable rationale). if there is no news from you after the reservation period, your item will be released and you will be blacklisted.
• if you have changed your mind after you've placed your order, you can still cancel or change your item within 24 hours after you have received the confirmation email.
  
• if payment has been made, you can only change it to item that has the same price or higher. the crafts fairy will not be able to refund the balance to you, unless you don't mind a higher price :P

returns & exchanges

• all items purchased are not returnable nor exchangeable.
  
• your satisfaction is still the priority and in order to avoid any possible dispute, crafts fairy's advice is for you to really make sure you like the item, click onto the enlarged photo to view the item before order is placed.
  
• crafts fairy has never gotten any dermatology degree hence you should find out beforehand that whether your skin is ok / sensitive with the material used to make the crafts. the crafts fairy will not have any idea or whatsoever whether material used will cause any possible skin irritation.
